Mānuka Studio began in a woodshed in the suburbs of Auckland. Matt, a professional carpenter and builder, found himself with too much time on his hands during the 2020 lockdowns and decided to turn his passion for woodworking into a small business. Since then, he and his partner Amanda have slowly built Mānuka Studio into a small family business, focussed on producing quality handmade New Zealand products that support their passion for sustainability by being built to last.
